Water Grill Las Vegas

This exclusive room is our private dining pièce de resistance at Water Grill. Being on the first level, this space can be as private or visible as you'd like. The Caesar is our most intimate room with close proximity to our exhibition kitchen and live salt water tanks. This setting is a perfect space to host events -- from business meetings and dinners, to receptions and celebrations. Featuring a King table, this room offers a space built for an emperor.

The most exclusive seat in the house. Your Guests will have premium access to our live tanks, and be fully immersed in the energy of the restaurant. They’ll meet with our executive chef to get up close and personal with the seasonal offerings in our live saltwater tanks including Wild Alaskan King Crab, Dungeness Crab, Wild California Spot Prawn and Spiny & Hardshell Lobsters. There’s no other seafood experience like this in Las Vegas. Feel like a personal Guest of the Chef.

With a private elevator entrance and the ability to be equipped with a mobile bar, this cozy, private and intimate room is the perfect space for a small celebratory event, birthday dinner or corporate lunch/dinner meeting. This moderately-sized room has full A/V capabilities and a TV, which offers multiple streaming options. We offer a wide variety of set ups (rounds, banquet, boardroom, classroom), and the lounge space just outside allows for additional flexibility. This room is favored by pharmaceutical events!

Our largest private event space also has full A/V capabilities, flexible table setups and mobile bar. This room can be transformed to accommodate practically any event, idea or vision. This includes corporate meetings, workshops, offsites, client dinners, holiday parties and cocktail receptions for the whole office. It’s also great for larger social gatherings, including bridal showers, wedding receptions and ceremonies, birthdays, anniversaries and graduations.

Take in the sights of Caesar's Palace. This is one of our favorite spaces, located in the heart of the Forum Shops, with epic Fountain views under the Vancian evening skies of the Palace's halls. It’s adjacent to our iconic raw bar which punctuates our 360° full copper top bar. With a variety of seating options, this space can be transformed from a private cocktail reception to an exciting public dinner.
