Welcome to Wells County 4-H Park Event Rentals in Bluffton, IN! As the perfect venue for weddings, showers, graduation parties, reunions, business meetings, charity events, auction fundraisers, and more, we offer stunning indoor and outdoor facilities. Big Love Deserves Big Space
The Expo Hall is ideal for large events like weddings and receptions. It seats up to 450 guests. A full commercial kitchen is available with appliances, serving equipment, and optional dinnerware rental for up to 400 guests. You are welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice or prepare your own food, giving you full control over your budget and menu. Alcohol is permitted but must be served by a licensed caterer—ask us for a list of approved providers.

The 4-H Park has a couple featured areas for outside wedding ceremonies. A quiet wooded setting that is surrounded with trees or, The Cabin is a popular spot as well. We have multiple beautiful areas for outdoor pictures including but not limited to: gazebo, rustic log cabin, barns, and whatever your mind can imagine.

Wells County 4-H Park offers customizable wedding add-ons, including an outdoor ceremony space ($235.40), bridal party rooms ($205), and a rehearsal dinner room ($142). Enhance your event with arbors ($30–$50), linen napkins (35¢ each), and optional setup and/or teardown of tables and chairs ($220–$440), making it easy to tailor the day to your needs and budget.

The best place for the best day!
Wells County 4-H Park was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the beginning, Allie was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and professional in the planning process. The venue itself is spacious and offered many options to customize the reception space to our liking. They were very informed and helpful in bringing our vision to life, making the entire process easy and stress-free. The fair-priced rental cost also allowed us to stay within our budget while providing a beautiful and flexible space for our celebration. The venue having many outdoor ceremony options made it a great place for us. The venue also having a large parking lot, air conditioning, and large bathrooms also made this venue a no brainer. It was perfect in every way! We are so grateful to the Wells County 4-H Park team for contributing to making our special day truly unforgettable.

Wells County 4-H Park was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first inquired, Allie and Shianna were incredibly helpful, organized, and communicative throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - spacious yet cozy with a lovely rustic charm. the day before our wedding, the staff set up the tables and chairs exactly as we had requested, and they were so attentive to our needs and those of our guests. I cannot thank Allie, Shianna, and the entire Wells County 4-H Park team enough for making our special day absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding experience.
