About this venue

Weston Red Barn Farm offers two stunning wedding venues: the Red Barn and the Timber Barn. The Red Barn, Kansas City’s first barn wedding venue, has hosted weddings for over 30 years. It features twinkle lights, chandeliers, two patios, a climate-controlled bride’s room, and a bonfire area in the apple orchard. It seats up to 250 guests and is available April through November. The Timber Barn is the farm’s newest, year-round venue. Sitting atop a hill, it boasts 41-foot ceilings, exposed white oak beams, a 1,200 sq. ft. reclaimed brick patio, covered patio, strung lights, a custom chandelier, hilltop ceremony site, and a changing room. It seats approximately 200 guests. Both venues combine rustic charm with modern amenities, making Weston Red Barn Farm a premier choice for unforgettable weddings in the Kansas City area.

The Red Barn, Kansas City’s original barn wedding venue, has hosted weddings for 30 years. It offers flexible indoor-outdoor options, with twinkle lights, chandeliers, two patios, a climate-controlled bride’s room, bonfire area, and a one-of-a-kind ceremony space in the south apple orchard. Sitting atop a grassy hill, it boasts 41-foot ceilings, 60 tons of exposed white oak beams, a 1,200 sq. ft. reclaimed brick patio, covered patio, custom chandelier, strung lights, hilltop ceremony site, and changing room. With seating for 200, it offers unmatched elegance and views in the Kansas City area.

    The Weston Red Barn Farm was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was clear, precise and accurate, putting our minds at ease throughout the entire planning process. On our special day, they were incredibly helpful - they were there to open the doors for me to walk out to the aisle, which I loved. We even forgot to bring the rope we were going to tie and they graciously gave us one of their own! The quality of their work and the value they provided was absolutely stunning, both inside and out. We love the venue and staff so much that we plan on going out there again for our anniversary and if we plan to renew our vows in the future. This venue is worth every penny and we highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, natural setting for their wedding day.
