About this venue

Yokayo Ranch is located in the heart of Mendocino County, surrounded by the iconic golden rolling hills, which are home to the ancient oaks and towering redwoods. The valley floor is filled with organic farms and family-run wineries. The property is located on 40 acres, and several of those acres are devoted to our organic vegetable and flower farm called The Farm at Grasslands. We are a wedding venue, event space, vacation rental, and a retreat from your everyday life. Yokayo Ranch is a place of serenity, a place to unwind and gather with your people. To put it simply, Yokayo Ranch is a magical experience. We work hard to make you feel at home during your stay and are excited about what we have created, and we hope you are too.

The Ranch

At Yokayo Ranch we believe in authenticity!

We love working with couples to create an event that represents who they truly are. Included in your event fee and wedding package is an experienced day of wedding coordinator and an assistant. In addition to your day of services you will have six pre-planning hours with your coordinator and a site visit. This ensures your day goes smoothly and as planned. During the planning process we will work closely with you to coordinate all of your vendors and help to review your contracts. From helping with the layout and flow of your big day to creating a personal timeline. You will have a one time set up and breakdown team, help planning all of your logistics, a rehearsal with your wedding coordinator and staff to help execute your big day.

-2 Glamping Tents outfitted with a Queen bed -2 reclaimed wooden bars -40 rustic wooden benches (each bench seats 5 for the ceremony) -3 x 8ft. folding plastic tables (behind bar, dj etc) -6 hours pre-consultation time with the in-house professional wedding planner (phone, email & site visits) -Assistance with transportation schedules, event timeline, and coordination of rehearsal ceremony -Exclusive use of our ranch and saltwater pool (during cooler temps, can be heated for an additional charge) -Campers Lounge/Campers Fire-Pit, Outdoor Showers -On-site trash and recycling removal for caterers -Restroom Trailer -Clean up -Dance floor -Event coordinator -Event rentals -Lighting/Sound -On-site accommodations -Set up -Transportation
