Hi Michelle, I want to start by saying how deeply sorry I am for your experience with B. Remembered. Your wedding day is one of the most important milestones in life, and the fact that we missed key moments due to our own failure is something we take extremely seriously. There is no excuse for the delay or lack of communication on your videographer’s part. While Ryan has supported many weddings with care and professionalism, and has never missed an arrival before, what happened on your day was a complete failure on our part. You deserved far better. You’re right to point out that this wasn’t just a small oversight, it was a major breach of trust. And while I’m glad we were able to speak directly and offer a refund and editing support, I know that doesn’t bring back the lost footage or the irreplaceable memories. I’m sorry for that. You also mentioned other one-star reviews, and I want to acknowledge that transparently. We support over 1,200 weddings each year, and while the vast majority of our couples have a seamless and joyful experience, we know that’s no comfort when we’ve let you down. I share this perspective not to excuse anything, because we don’t shy away from critical feedback, but to help you (and others) see how deeply we care about doing things right, even at scale. Every review, good or bad, gets seen, discussed, and acted upon by our team. Especially this one. We’ve already taken internal steps to prevent this kind of mistake from ever happening again, including new event-day confirmations, accountability systems, and reinforced arrival protocols. Your experience has directly shaped those improvements, and for that, we’re grateful, though we wish it hadn’t come at your expense.
