WE ARE KATIE & DEVIN. We're in love & we shoot other people in love. It's hard to call just one place home. We're born and raised in Wisconsin, but there are pieces of our hearts in both Colorado and California, the two places where we have traveled the most together. We specialize in couples who are madly in love and who have a sense of humor. We prefer to tell your story, rather than make another generic love story. We want to capture raw emotions. We want you to giggle and we want you to dance.

We will travel just about anywhere your heart desires. We have a photo + video elopement package that couples love! We find that we connect most with our adventure couples, since we can bond over traveling and the desire to leave your mark in all areas of the world, while gaining experiences that fulfill you in a way that's so indescribable.

Katie and Devin were an absolute HONOR to work with! I fell in love with their style of photography the minute I saw their work, and the photos for our wedding are more than I could've ever imagined! They were so helpful throughout the day, and were great with suggesting places for a first look and group shots. My husband and I are not naturals in front of the camera, but every single picture her and Devin captured felt seamless and so natural!!! I couldn't recommend them enough - their work is incredible!!!!

I'm a wedding planner and have worked with DeGroot Film Co. both professionally on a number of different weddings as well as personally for family photos many times. I always love working with them! They are easy to communicate with, always deliver the images promptly and their work speaks for itself. DeGroot Film Co. is the best!
