I was very disappointed with the service I received from Eivan's Photo & Video for my wedding. The videographer, Luis, was completely absent for large portions of the day. I had to go searching for him multiple times to make sure he was capturing important moments, and at one point I found him sitting down on his phone instead of filming. He did not communicate with me at all throughout the day, and I felt that he was lazy and unengaged with our wedding. The final video quality was subpar and did not reflect the beautiful day we had. I would not recommend Eivan's Photo & Video to any other couples looking for a reliable and attentive videographer for their wedding.

I was looking for affordable wedding photographers and videographers for my wedding. I came across Eivan's and was impressed with their pricing! Before scheduling them, I had a call with their customer service team and knew I wanted to work with them. From our first call to the day of wedding, everything was smooth. I got my photos back within 5 weeks after wedding day and loved the photos and angels. I would recommend them again.

I appreciate how you can offer feedback on editing. \n\nI was not a fan of the first photographer they matched us with (just stylistic differences) - and the Eivan's team worked through the weekend to find us an alternative. We were so relieved! \n\nPro tip: Just in case we didn't like how the video was cut together, I also asked for the raw footage in our initial contract and they provided it at no additional cost. The basic package includes a 30-60 minute video but our videographer took almost 11-hours of footage - we wanted it all! I was very grateful to the company for accommodating our request. \n\nAll in all, the only area you feel \"you get what you pay for\" is the timeline post-wedding. It takes a long time for you to get access to the high-res imagery without watermarks. But we are being patient and not spending extra to get them before the holidays! We figure, we'll have these beautiful photos the rest of our lives, what's three months? They were priced reasonably in comparison to other vendors I researched. There were several times where the communication was a bit vague and the payment experience was not very clear. The online portal used for payment was not working when I was trying to place the deposit. When I finally was able to get the portal to work, it charged me the full amount, which was unexpected. Upon reaching out immediately to the wedding coordinator at Eivan's, I was ghosted. I reached out to the accounting department and they responded with a generic response telling me they cannot guarantee the refund and paying it over time would cost more. I opted to just leave it alone for my own sanity. I reviewed the day of the wedding with my photographer only and our expectations. I received no contact from the videographer. They were plenty friendly the day of the wedding and handled a lot of the very demanding family members well. Both showed up dressed very casually, which was not my favorite, especially since they both made it into portions of my video. I also learned later that despite buying them 150 plated meals they were allowed to asked for payment for tolls and parking. I realize now it was in the fine print, so please make sure you very carefully read contracts prior to signing them. I am not upset by the experience, but I understand why this company was cheaper than others.
