We’re Jose and Gabby, a (recently engaged) couple who grew up in Austin, Texas! We love everything vintage and retro and alternative. Our couples are unique, and we want everything to be a reflection of their unique love. We offer video and photo and try our best to utilize alternative cameras such as super 8, old camcorders, point & shoot film cameras and whatever else we can get our hands on! We like to go with the flow, so we won’t get stressed unless you do. It’s your day, and we only want to enhance it and capture every little moment for you!

All we care about is telling your story. We have our style that we like to shoot in, but at the end of the day we’re tailoring everything to fit what your love looks like. We prefer a non-intrusive method, because we don’t want to manufacture anything. We’ll probably pose you for the classic fridge pictures, but everything else is as it happens! Au naturel baby!

Jose and his assistant captured our colorful and crazy wedding perfectly. He mixed drone footage of our venue with old school style and normal footage to give our video the uniqueness we were looking for, without it feeling forced. The way that he took audio clips from the day of (like the elevator noise, small comments and laughter made by my husband, excitement by bridesmaids) captured the entire essence of our wedding. His calming nature made everyone, including other vendors, slow down and enjoy the moment. He never once felt “in the way” yet somehow captured so many perfect moments. I cannot recommend Jose and Griego Films enough!
