Hello, I’m Kyla, the founder of Ultraviolet Studio. I arrived in Salt Lake from New York three years ago. Here, I met remarkable individuals, find solace in nature, and discover countless aesthetically captivating spots that inspire me every day. I value connections with people, finding joy in simple moments, and appreciating the beauty in simplicity. For me, the philosophy of ‘Less is more’ extends beyond a studio or artistic expression; it embodies a lifestyle—a commitment to valuing meaningful experiences over excess and reveling in the profound beauty found in life’s essential simplicity.

We remember life as a string of big events; epic happenings that define our lives and live on in family stories. Weddings are no different – the main focus in wedding planning is on the defining events – the first kiss, cutting of the cake, parent dancing. But what about the moments in-between? What about the tiny, serendipitous small things that happen without planning, just from a room full of love? These moments are what we live to capture. Moments you may not even notice at first, but will cherish and enjoy for the rest of your life.

    Kyla and Leo did a fantastic job with our wedding video. Kyla was my main point of contact and she was always very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The process leading up to and on the big day was smooth and they captured every important moment. The final video turned out beautifully. I am very glad we ended up budgeting for videography because having a video to remember all of the little moments is worth everything. I would absolutely recommend Ultraviolet Studio.
