Help! My Guests names are too long on my envelope

If you're receiving a warning when creating your envelopes, it means there are unfortunately too many characters to ensure proper printing on the envelope.

Here are a few workarounds:

  • Try adjusting the spacing between the letters by clicking into the cell and using the formatting options in the menu to make the space smaller.
  • For families with many guests, replace individual names with Family (i.e. The Smith Family)
  • Leave the envelope blank for that entry and hand write in the names when it arrives

We hope to offer fully customizable font sizes in the future.
