From making sure no small details were missed (like who's cutting the cake and tweaking our timeline to give us more party time), vendors arrived on time, had everything they needed a week before, and even breakdown (making sure everything was in the right box because we rented flowers). She even made sure we had a plate of food waiting for us after our first dance (as you know most newly weds rarely get to eat the day of but she made sure we did). Everyone she ran into had nothing but kind things to say about her and how amazing she did with handling our wedding as she organized our day and made sure we didn’t have to think about timelines, where people were, when to start cleanup, and who needed what box. I was originally paired with a coordinator who was not as proactive/did not project confidence and ability to guide. Mostest was super accommodating with getting me reassigned, replacing my original planner with Lanise within a day of me contacting them. Everything was smooth sailing from there on out! If you’re in Houston I highly recommend Lanise as a month-of coordinator! She consistently went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of my wedding. She is professional, organized, confident, and creative. I am a very Type A person, so it was important to me to have someone I could really trust with the details. Lanise sent detailed recaps with action items after each of our weekly meetings, was available over text when I had questions, smoothly handled vendor communications and even some family coordination for speeches, conducted venue visits, and did an AMAZING job decorating and keeping things moving on the day of. My friend was officiating, so they helped with the timing of the ceremony and everything. The day of they did an AMAZING job in finishing all the decorating and helping to flip the space from ceremony to reception.
