On a clear night with no moon - you can see the stars like nowhere else in Ohio. Our newly remodeled log cabin lodge has all the modern amenities that you need to plan a beautiful wedding. We also offer 11 log cabins for you and your guests to stay and enjoy the whole weekend. Six of the log cabins are completely remodeled and have their own bathrooms and kitchenettes. The other 5 log cabins are family style glamping with access to a shower/restroom within 50 feet of each cabin. All our log cabins have central heat and air conditioning! We're fully outdoor & specialize in "tent weddings" (ours or an outside vendor - we have no vendor restrictions). Our pricing is based upon number of guests, day of the week, season, & year. We do this to allow access for all budgets - if you feel connected to the Havenstone & can't imagine your wedding anywhere else, we want to remove any obstacles. For pricing, you'll use our propriety system (the "Customizer") to build & compare multiple variations of your day to dial-in pricing - & then compare them to our "Everything Package" (absolutely everything for an entire day). Our Venue provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor or indoor ceremonies and receptions with endless options to make your special day unique! We are close enough to the city that there are several hotels just a few miles away, yet far enough into the country to enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by nothing but trees, cornfields, and wildflowers. Our Venue features a beautifully outfitted 1902 modern farmhouse that is home to the bridal suite and grooms room. Most receptions take place in the main barn, a late 1800's historic structure. Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen. The other side includes a wet bar area, restroom, changing area, pool table/tv room. A huge decor closet is available to couples at no extra cost. Bring your own vendors!
