I reached out to the studio 5 months before my wedding and Jax got back to me quickly with all pricing, information, and the required bridal trial. “Megan, Shirlee and Debbie truly made me and my girls look BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day!! I had booked Dianne Laine & Co. at an open house back in June of 2024 for our wedding in March 2025. Since I booked the same day, I was able to get a hair and makeup trial for free! Megan is very talented and curled my hair exactly how I was envisioning! On the day of my trial hair, my hair was locked in place, and it didn’t uncurl at all throughout the entire day. The only thing that I had happen on the day of my wedding was that my bridal hair clips started to fall out of my hair during my first dance, resulting in me having to remove them entirely during the reception. However, I believe this occurrence had mainly to do with my veil, which was pretty heavy and I think it may have pulled down some of the bobby pins that were holding my hair in place. Nonetheless, even when I removed my hairpieces during the reception my hair STILL stayed curled and it was beautiful. Shirlee did an amazing job with my makeup as well! I am very particular about my makeup, but Shirlee made sure that my makeup looked like a natural glam, and I LOVED it. She applied some false eyelashes (my first time using them) and they stayed put the entire night. Through sweat, tears and laughter, my makeup stayed put throughout the night. I was also provided with some extra lipstick and powder for touchups, which was helpful once the team had left. I definitely recommend hiring Dianne Laine & Co. for your wedding makeup and hair!! They are a very talented team.”

Talented, Motivated, and Ambitious, Makeup Artist Shajara Rodriquez began her beauty career as a fragrance consultant when she moved from New York to North Carolina. After ladies would ask her to help them with makeup tips, she fell in love with the way women would look in the mirror and smile at their transformation. From there, Shajara embarked on a career in the Beauty Industry. Shajara has worked on the sets of Charlotte Seen Fashion Show, Photoshoots, numerous weddings and special events.

“I got married on 10/08/2022. I had the pleasure of meeting Shay a month prior for my trial. I made the most of that trial, I wore it from 10am to 10pm even worked out and my makeup only showed slight wear. She was extremely understanding and accommodated changes I had requested too. Wedding day Asia and Shay got my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, and I together. Everyone absolutely loved their makeup. They are both so fun to talk to which helped relax everyone’s nerves. “LOVED our Jolie Belle hair and makeup stylists! We were lucky to have Crystel for hair and Rebekah for makeup and both were absoluetly amazing. Myself and my bridal party looked and felt so beautiful! Both stylists listened and worked with what each girl needed, and were both so fun and professional throughout the whole morning.
