“I was just recently married in June of 2024 and I. Chose California Ranch Company as my wedding venue. I had visited many different wedding venues from packages, to total DIY, to garden scenery versus barn scenery, etc. It was a long process, but my husband and I decided to go with CRC during our first tour of the grounds. There a beautiful variety of nature, scenic outlooks, and character on this property and it’s paired with a comfortable farm style environment. The three most important factors for my wedding was allowing enough room for my guests to walk around without feeling restricted, a green/natural environment that photographs well, and a comfortable area where my guests can let loose and have fun. Oh and a barn. This venue checked all of my boxes out of the gate. I loved getting to see the horses and farm life on the property, many of which made an appearance in my photos. The packages were also very reasonable for someone wanting to save money with a DIY wedding but doesn’t want to start from the ground up. I had all my personal vendors chosen based on preference, but the venue was already set up to host guests. It was a perfect happy medium. I also want to make a point of noting how helpful and amazing the staff members are at CRC. It felt very warm and comfortable collaborating with the team and they went out of their way to make our jobs planning easier. Tracey was my personal coordinator and she made sure that my wedding day went through without a hitch. I am beyond happy with my experience at the venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a western barn themed wedding filled with personal touches of character.”

They took our breath away from the second we stepped foot on the grounds. Rancho Bellasanté is a private estate located on a 122 acre working ranch. We have acres of beautiful lemon and avocado groves and gorgeous vineyards. Our location offers privacy but is also conveniently located less than 10 miles from the city of Temecula, CA. In 2021 our daughter got married on the estate. We had guests from all over, and the event was a huge success. We had so many positive responses, and requests for other weddings, that we decided to open our doors to the public. “Ethereal gardens is a gorgeous venue and my wedding was stunning. That said, there are several things that Ethereal Gardens/Trademark Venues needs to improve on. 1- The contract includes additional costs (service fees, bar, additional guests, decor, etc) It becomes overwhelming and confusing to understand exactly how much your final cost will be. It needs to be better organized. 2- The invoice is the only location where you can see your cost breakdown, and they do not date any changes to the invoice. So one day your total cost is X, the next day it’s Y, and you have no idea what was added to the invoice. There is no record of changes. This is not a best practice for running a business and caused us extra stress. 3- The contract states that you cannot have a coordinator or a wedding planner because Trademark IS the wedding planner. This was frustrating because I did everything that a wedding planner should have done (creating the floor plan and seating chart, coordinating meetings, timeline, selecting/communicating with vendors…). Would have been nice to be able to have a planner to do those things like we were promised. 4- My planner tried to start my ceremony early, almost 20 minutes early! Even though most of my family wasn’t there yet! Luckily I said no and it went on as planned but that shouldn’t have even been suggested. 5- The security guards were VERY rude to guests who showed up late. 6- The venue set up my guest book upside down so the signatures are at the back of the book, welcome table was messy, and my gorgeous seating chart was set against an ugly brown wall so all photos of it are ruined. 7- Two full rows at the front during the ceremony were empty because people didn’t know they could sit there. This ruined certain photos because it’s very empty looking. 8- Getting-ready rooms are available at 11:30am (bride) and 2:30pm (groom) regardless of when your wedding starts. The venue does not accommodate based on your specific wedding timeline- unless you pay 1500 which only gets you an extra hour in the rooms. Wish we would have known that up front. Caused more stress and confusion. 9- A security guard snapped his fingers at one of my guests to tell them to leave when he was just waiting for his girlfriend to get out of the bathroom. And the staff started taking tables apart as our wedding was still going on! This led to one of our guests losing a jacket that was on the back of a chair someone took away. Summary: Wedding was beautiful, food was great, venue was gorgeous. However Ethereal Garden’s processes are messy and very greedy/money focused, and some their staff is rude and made guests uncomfortable.”

“Our wedding at the Dream House was absolutely perfect and so unique! Our guests still can’t stop talking about it! The venue is set right in the middle of the beautiful Palm Desert Mountains, blending seamlessly into the breathtaking landscape. We couldn't have dreamed of a better spot to get married. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel so special. They were not only super professional but always there when we needed them. Quick to respond to texts, they helped with everything along the way. We had our ceremony on one side of the house with a beautiful mountain backdrop and a violinist playing. For the cocktail hour, we moved to the pool area, which offered the best view anyone has ever seen. Our guests kept saying the same thing – they were blown away. The main party was held inside the house in a room nicknamed the game room, which has sliding doors all across that open up to the outside. The decor our planner designed gave the room a unique, modern desert disco feel. The night flowed very smoothly from one space to another, giving our guests freedom to explore all the house had to offer. What you can do with the house in terms of layout and decor is nicer than any wedding venue I’ve ever been to. The decor and flowers were stunning. Even now, our guests keep telling us it was the nicest wedding they've ever been to. The Dream House made our big day so special and unique, we couldn't recommend it more.”

Our vendors came and set up with ease and it wowed our guest when they arrived. We had our wedding and reception area on the beach, a bar and lounge area in the courtyard with our 360 Photo Booth setup, and way more parking than we needed. “We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

“Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. “Lomas Santa Fe Country Club made the whole wedding planning experience easy so my now husband and I could focus on the day. From handling the amazing food to coordinating the table florals, the team at Lomas works really hard to give you a perfect day. Some highlights from ours: (1) The food. The chef is phenomenal and very flexible when it came to our diet restrictive guests. Everything we tried was amazing and I got rave reviews from my guests that there was more than enough delicious food throughout the event. Also, all the stars for our “getting ready” brunch spread with fun carved fruit included. (2) The staff. From Caryn and Chelsi to the whole bar/wait staff day off, everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They really made our event feel even more special. Shout out to our waitress who ended up finding us before her shift was over to give big hugs and wish us well. (3) Location and facility. Both my husband and I are from San Diego and knew we wanted to be more central for our North County and Downtown friends and this was the perfect spot. Our golden hour pictures with the ocean in the background and shots in front of the iconic Lomas window were beautiful. Additionally, both getting ready spaces were private, large, and (for the bride) had a large area to do makeup and hair. The actual event space required very little decoration too since the ceremony space is on the golf course with the ocean in the distance and an arch is included in your package. Also, the reception space is just beautiful on its own with the huge fireplace, wood beam ceilings and chandeliers. Overall, my wedding planning experience was very seamless due in large part to the great group at Lomas.”
