Chef Philip Carter has been in the catering and restaurant industry for 25+ years, working in many different areas. His work includes owning his own restaurant in Fountain Valley, CA, running a catering business, working as the head chef in restaurant kitchens, as well as working as the executive chef at the Aliso Viejo Country Club. His restaurants were Café Plaka Greek Cuisine, Tortellini’s Italian Grill, and Phil’s California Bar and Grill.
