All our floral pieces use local flowers & foliage you won’t find anywhere else (cause we grow them ourselves) and tried and true favorites from other Alaskan farmers and beyond.

As a born and raised Alaskan I have a deep love and respect for all things in nature. I grew up spending summers commercial fishing in Cook Inlet and foraging yarrow on the shores that I have the privilege to call home. My hope is to translate my love for adventure and the beautiful outdoors into my art by using foraged Alaskan blooms as well as locally sourced and grown florals as much as possible.

Johanna Andersen Creative does floral preservation, framing, and design. Their main focus is preservation through the process of pressing. They take florals from your wedding and turn it into a framed piece of everlasting, floral beauty.

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. Anthology On Main is an alternative paper florist, specializing in flowers handmade from book pages! Although my business is based in Kansas, I ship flowers all over the US! I handcraft your wedding flowers from the pages of your favorite books, using your favorite flowers (no matter the season) and in your choice of colors! We'll work together to create truly unique keepsakes from one of the biggest days of your life. As a cherry on top, my flowers don't require any preservation after your wedding day and will last for decades to come!

The Teal Door AK is owned and operated by Kasara Bertels. I create custom floral arrangements in my home studio location of Sutton, Alaska. I enjoy using the perfect blend of local foliage and specialty stems to create custom pieces for my clients. Combining my passion for florals and my love of art, I create top-notch designs to achieve my client’s visions. The Teal Door AK works exclusively with their brides to create a one of a kind experience for a magical day to remember. Fun fact: Kasara has a teal front door which inspired my business name!

I discovered wood flowers when I was planning my wedding in 2020. From that point I fell in love and Tipsy Designs blossomed! Since then, we have done several weddings, even was hired by the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio in August 2023.
