Rancho Bellasanté is a private estate located on a 122 acre working ranch. We have acres of beautiful lemon and avocado groves and gorgeous vineyards. Our location offers privacy but is also conveniently located less than 10 miles from the city of Temecula, CA. In 2021 our daughter got married on the estate. We had guests from all over, and the event was a huge success. We had so many positive responses, and requests for other weddings, that we decided to open our doors to the public. The Story of Happy Hills Family Farm Founded 2019 ·The Raptis Family Legacy , the Raptis family purchased the property from Susan G., instantly recognizing a plethora of potential in its hills, trees, and peaceful energy. What would soon become Happy Hills Family Farm started as a blank canvas—with just 397 kumquat trees, 6 avocados, 2 tangerines, and 1 orange tree. Aside from a few queen palms and six birds of paradise, the land was raw and waiting. From the beginning, this was more than a farm. It was a vision shared by the whole family, something that vibes deeply with all of us. Over time, the vision took root and grew. We installed a digital automated sprinkler system, switched to well water, and embraced solar power, turning into a self-sustaining paradise. What was once plain is now thriving lush landscaping, winding flower paths, and nature in every direction. Every walking path is dedicated to our mom, the heart of the farm, whose love and grace are felt in every bloom.

Oakwood Creek was built in the 1930s by WW Wood and his wife Leanora. Wood drove a truck that hauled dairy milk from the outlying ranches into the town of Julian. Later on, Wood would operate B&L Liquor on the main street. The remains of W's garage are still very apparent on the property today, along with his goat shed & stables. We have one of the last intact water towers in the historic district. The property has been preserved to reflect the period in which it was built. This beautiful venue sits atop a picturesque knoll overlooking the historic town of Julian. The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe was originally a wedding gift from the first property owner Felipe Subria. Subria’s daughter, Maria de la Garcia, married an American soldier, William B. Dunn, who was a private in General Kearny’s army. Subria gifted the property to William and Maria for $1 in exchange for a promise to care for him and for the ranch. The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe's enchanting lure began over one hundred and sixty years ago.
