All the vendors we worked with were also lovely. We used an outside photographer and florist. We were anticipating 75 guests for a weekend summer wedding and we were upset at other venues because we kept getting told that those places wouldn't open for less than 15 grand so wee needed to invite more people or go overboard on flowers for them to consider hosting us. That was not the case at the Regency Garden. They were upfront with cost and didn't pressure us to spend more. Super kind and super genuine. Everything was immaculate on the day of and they continued to work with us when our guest count fell significantly. They answered all my questions within 24 business hours and even worked with me to let me come in early for finishing touches. Their communication was fast, easy, and smooth, which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work and overall value was big, clean, and nice. They took care of all the small details so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The only downside was the bartender, who we weren't thrilled with, and the lack of staff to quickly clean up any spills that occurred during the event. From the very first interaction, the staff's communication was adaptive, receptive and they had great communication- they made the planning process a breeze. On the day of, the venue was simply stunning. The spacious, beautiful grounds along the lake were absolutely amazing, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our guests were comfortable, even golf carting them to the ceremony space to avoid the 108 degree heat in October. The staff truly treated us like family and were filled with gratitude to be hosting our special day. Our wedding day was flawless thanks to Havasu Springs Resort's incredible service and attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. It's super disheartening when you just want a beautiful venue and not to go into debt lol. Ramsey Canyon is just that. An absolutely breathtaking venue for an amazing price!!! We picked their 3 day options where we had the whole B&B to ourselves for 3 days 2 night and we got so many extras!!! Our total with all of our extras was 10000. That's nothing in the wedding world today!!!!!! And to help with that cost, you can sell your rooms back to your guests who have to stay on site and it can bring it down as much as 2,000! Not to mention the owners Scott and April are absolutely amazing! They're on the ball and so friendly. They never bat and eye if you want to come visit the venue so many times haha. The only slight downside I would say is that some of the day shift people don't necessarily community the best but we were able to wokd around it!!!
