I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers. It was a challenge that I will never regret accepting. It was fun, a lot of fun! I had the opportunity to work with some really talented and creative chefs. I quickly learned that it’s not just about having fresh fish anymore. Sushi dining has transformed into a culture. A culture built by imagination and creativity. With the help of GD and the support of my family, I took all that experience and fused it with my imagination and created Yooshi Sushi Catering and Event Production.

Wired Wally is a catering and beverage company that specializes in providing unique and client specific meals and specialty lattes, mocktails and other drinks. We love to create menus specific to your theme. We can also provide you with vendor contacts for decor, valet, venues and more! We have been feeding the bellies of celebrities like Julia Roberts, Tori Spelling, Harry Styles and more for 10+ years. Our event sizes range from 10 guests to 4000+.

We offer full-scale event production and catering services in Southern California region. We aim to use local ingredients to highlight regional cuisines from around the world. We handle parties for families of 10, small weddings, up to large scale corporate events for 400 guests.
