Hello! I'm Jillian, I have been baking since childhood. In the early days, I was always the girl who made cupcakes for friends and provided sweet treats for holidays and parties. Baking remained a hobby for me as I pursued an education in massage therapy and developed coffee-making and customer service skills at the local Starbucks. I started growing the idea of Rose & Petal Cakery in 2019 in the midst of the pandemic. I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received and continue to receive; from repeat customers to the new & intrigued!

I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola!
