Sugar Lake Lodge is a 135 acre estate with a seven acre private lake surrounded by Lake County Metro Parks. It features a gorgeous 6,700 square foot lodge & event center with an 1,800 square ft. private suite fully equipped with kitchen, fire place, and elegant bathroom all with a slight rustic feel. Six generations of the Patterson family in Chesterland have played their part in connecting people with where their food comes from. The Yellow House is a beautiful historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 expansive acres of farmland. The house annually attracts thousands of visitors and wedding guests when our field of 1.2 million sunflowers blooms in August. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse which seats up to 50, as well as the manicured grounds which seats up to 300 in one of our tents.

La-Vera Party Center is a beautiful and versatile venue, ideal for a variety of events. Offering both a banquet and conference facility, it can accommodate from 100 to 720 guests, ensuring it suits gatherings of all sizes. Founded in 1952 by Larry and Vera Gaudio, the center began as a catering business, with a strong emphasis on homemade Italian cuisine. The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades.
