Whether you’d like an intimate family reception for 40 guests, an extravagant party for 200, or an outdoor reception on the lawn, the Walters provides a variety of amenable and affordable options for your big day. Located in the heart of Hillsboro’s historic downtown, this former church is a bustling nexus of cultural activity. Our facility is open Monday through Friday, with private rentals available on Saturday & Sunday.

The Oregon Oddfellows Lodge #3 was one of two buildings to originally receive electric power in Oregon City. Built in 1922, the Lodge was home to the Oddfellows and Friedrich’s Hardware Store until the 1970’s. The completely renovated Arc Light features beautiful wainscotting and unique lighting throughout. Designed for beauty and function, the spaces include a ballroom, cocktail lounge, grand hall, two fully furnished lounges, and two gorgeous bathrooms.

Guests at Ironlight transition between indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors opening onto two separate rooftop terraces. An enclosed glass lobby welcomes guests into the building. Ironlight accommodates guests indoors with the ability to create custom intimate gathering areas within the space. Parking is conveniently located onsite under the building in addition to an area for ridesharing drop-off/pick-up or valet.

Welcome to Lakeside Gardens. Lakeside Gardens blends tall cedars, weeping willows, and lakes surrounded by a garden paradise. We are a Private Event Facility situated on 7 beautiful acres. We schedule events year-round. Our maximum capacity is 300 guests. Lakeside Gardens is both a beautiful and productive setting for every event. Evenings at Lakeside Gardens are gorgeous year round. At night, the grounds twinkle with lights lining the bridges and outlining the roof. White landscape lights encircle the lakes and charming outdoor lamps light your way for a romantic nighttime stroll.

We've got options. Bar Carlo is a unique venue that has multiple spaces for mingling. Guests at the bar can spill out into the outdoor, covered space on our very wide sidewalk on a warm night while groups chat on our plush couches and others snack out of view. We even have a covered alley for overflow guests, kid's zone, smoking section, piñatas, dance party, you name it. With a full bar and kitchen, Bar Carlo is a perfect photo-ready relaxed steal.

Oaks Pioneer Chapel is an intimate, historic and affordable wedding venue in Portland, accommodating up to 75 guests for a ceremony with close friends and family. Built in 1851, it is the oldest original structure church in the state of Oregon and by design, its warm wood interior not only reflects the true Pacific NW style, it also creates exceptional acoustics, fostering a truly shared and intimate experience. Non-profit community-owned and operated, OPC offers a year round rate of $1250 for a three-hour booking, including a one-hour rehearsal. We offer convenient packages as well as micro-receptions in our gardens during fair weather months from June-October. The chapel, just 10 minutes from downtown, is nestled in the charming Sellwood-Westmoreland neighborhood near the Willamette River, Sellwood Park, and Oaks Amusement Park, providing a unique and vintage-style setting for weddings and elopements. Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge is a stunning wedding venue in the wilderness of Molalla, Oregon. Elevate your event at the restored classic The Melody Event Center located in Central Eastside Portland. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018 The Melody Event Center offers five distinct event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and offers flexible floor plans for every occasion. The elegant Melody Ballroom is nearly 6,000 square feet, welcoming up to 400 seated guest or up to 800 standing. The Melody Ballroom stands as our crown jewel with 30 foot high ceiling trimmed in gold, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful hardwood floor. We offer four additional spaces; The Morrison, Hawthorne, Portlandia and Broadway perfect for smaller events and meetings. Each room features this historic buildings original large scale windows displaying beautiful natural light. The Melody Event Center is a full service venue offering; onsite catering, offsite catering upon request, bar services, parking, A/V services, custom lighting, room setup, decoration packages and event planning.

Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

We can help you obtain the permits necessary to utilize the sidewalk, right outside our doors, for cocktail hour overflow. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

Archer Vineyard has three event spaces to choose from: Our vineyard tasting room and winery in Newberg, tasting room in Dundee, and clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort. All three venues offer options for weddings of all sizes - from micro-weddings to weddings in the winery for 150 guests. The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. You may use the tasting room, patio and deck for events up to 75 guests or add the winery to your rental and host up to 150 guests. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. There are three patios too where you can enjoy vineyard views. The Clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort offers vineyard views from its banquet hall and patios. Accommodations are also available as we have private cottages, Airstreams and RV spaces available for rent.
