As a caterer, this venue is a favorite of ours! It is easy to find and get to, beautiful, and the staff is always great to work with. Our team is also in Hillsboro, so it is close to our location which makes catering there great! The have tables and chairs onsite, as well as a prep kitchen, which is convenient for the client and vendors. The space is very adaptable as well -- I've seen weddings held here, memorials, cocktail parties and more. Including my own highschool prom! 110% recommend checking out this venue, if you are looking for a Hillsboro event space with beautiful architecture.

The team at Ironlight have created something so special. People choose to get married in the PNW because of the unparalleled beauty. But....we also have to deal with wind, and the occasional smoke from a wild fire. Because mother nature can be so fickle, its important to have a venue that has flexible options. And that, Ironlight has in spades. Their indoor space is elegant with incredible natural light. It is truly a space every couple can customize and make their own. Their outdoor patios allow couple and guests alike to enjoy our beautiful days and nights, with one deck showing off a view of Mt. Hood, and the other highlighting our amazing PNW sunsets. While the space is beautiful and so thoughtfully designed, I also appreciate the other amenities like a dedicated parking lot and garage, easy loading dock for vendors, fully private restrooms, and complete handicap accessibility. And while the venue speaks for itself, I also want to highlight the customer service this venue offers. Their team is made up of brilliant, service oriented women and everything from the ease of tours, to internal processes to client communication is done with care and thoughtfulness. Ecotrust was wonderful to work with while planning a wedding during COVID. We were worried things were not going to be how we wanted them, but they ended up being even better! The Ecotrust team was so flexible and generous during the uncertain times and made the process easy for us. We had our ceremony on the gorgeous rooftop and our intimate reception in the BIlly Frank Jr Room - both lovely spaces. Thank you, Ecotrust, for helping us celebrate!

I have hosted, and decorated a number of events in this space. The PDX Suite Spot is spacious, with beautiful exposed brick walls and large windows to view the “Portland” sign from inside. This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.

We hosted our daughter’s bat mitzvah at Eagles Nest in July 2023 and the venue was everything we hoped for with indoor (food/beverage service and dining space, dance floor, Photo Booth) and outdoor (dining on the patio, games on the lawn) spaces for our family and friends to celebrate. My husband and I got married at the Portland Yacht Club last month and we were thrilled with our choice of venue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. They communicated promptly about details and last minute changes, which we really appreciated during such a hectic time. The location right on the water was beautiful and made for a romantic backdrop. Our guests raved about the delicious meal and many said it was one of the best wedding dinners they had enjoyed. The space itself was elegant yet comfortable, with large windows to showcase the views and a great dance floor. My partner and I looked at a couple of wedding venues in the first stages of planning, and once we visited the Aerie we knew immediately it was the right fit. We rented The Cave - their smaller outdoor venue - and it fit our vision for the day perfectly. It felt rustic and secluded without having to drive an hour outside of Portland, and it was simply gorgeous. Natasha who we worked with for the year in the lead up was phenomenal - we felt listened to and taken care of with her. We're so happy to have had our special day at the Aerie!!

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. We had our wedding here and, let me tell you, if you're looking for a fun, affordable wedding, here is your place! Everyone was ecstatic about the food options, we didn't have to choose for everyone. Zesti has a package where you can buy gift cards in bulk and guests can get their dinner from any of the carts! We had the option between close to the bar or the greenhouse, we chose the greenhouse. It was BEAUTIFUL. Nestled right next to the cutest plant shop, we were in tropical plant heaven. It was so nice to have so many amenities in one place. Other venues required us to pick so many different vendors. Here, the bar and dinner was already covered. Thank you, Zesti for a wonderful special day!

First, if you have not stayed at the Allison Inn and Spa, that is a must! Second, if you are engaged you need to have your wedding here! My daughter's wedding was held here in August of 2024. The grounds and layout at the Allison are spectacular and perfect for a wedding. We had the ceremony in the lower Meadow Garden which was perfectly shaded as it was a sunny hot day. Then we had the cocktail hour on the lawn, followed by dinner and dancing in the ballroom. Truly the best venue!!! But most importantly it was the staff at the Allison. EVERYONE was so incredibly nice and kind. From Kameron, manager of wedding and social events, all the valets, chef, bartenders, waitstaff, and so many more that I met over the 4 days were constantly helpful, kind, and professional. The food was delicious and very well presented!! The specialty cocktails were such a hit and made to perfection. The desserts and baked goods were delicious. Kameron was such a delight to work with. She was extremely responsive to all our emails. She had many other events happening before and after our event but she always made us feel like we were so important. Kameron was always cheerful and pleasant to work with. Looking forward to going back to stay as guest again soon. This time, no wedding, just rest and relaxation!

The Old Schoolhouse was the perfect venue for our Fall wedding! Nicole (owner) has such a sweet and responsive communication style, and was incredibly flexible and considerate throughout the planning process. The venue itself is truly charming and unique, with multiple options for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Nicole and her team were so helpful, allowing ample time for us to set up the space for our fall wedding. The best location ever! Beautiful venue. I think I knew it was the one the first time I visited and we looked at 3 other venues. EVERYTHING went as smooth on the wedding day. The ceremony (which is the most important to me) and everything else went the way I wanted it to so I was very happy about that. I thought it was perfect! THANK YOU especially to our Coordinator, Noel. She was just a delight to work with! Anyone would be so lucky to have you as their coordinator. We just felt at ease with you. Had my wedding reception here and gosh let me tell you it was lovely! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had enough time to set up the decorations. They were easy to get a hold of and even let me go in multiple times to test out my decorations. 10/10 recommend

We had our wedding at The Barn and it was absolutely wonderful. The Barn is a stunning and versatile venue. We loved the location because it’s right off of I5 which is convenient for those traveling from out of town, but it’s tucked away on it’s own property so there is no disturbances from traffic. Our wedding was in April so we really needed a venue that could accommodate an indoor ceremony in case the weather did not turn out nice. We ended up having our 240 person ceremony and reception inside The Barn and it still felt spacious. Our photos were taken in the outdoor ceremony space which has some really incredible views of the mountains. Kayla, the venue manager, was extremely pleasant to work with. She answered all questions we had and was helpful in letting us arrange multiple visits to the venue for planning purposes. Dustin, the owner, is very friendly and easy to talk to. Both of them make a great team. We highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding or any large event.

The owner Kylan wea big part in deciding to go with this venue initially - super sweet, amazing energy and a ton of knowledge around weddings. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire year-long planning process, consistently delivering on everything she promised. I appreciated the flexibility to bring in my own caterer and DJ, and Kylan ensured that all my outside vendors had their questions answered and everything they needed. There were no hidden or unexpected fees at the end, which I greatly appreciated. They created a stunning atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Redland Farms enough! My high school sweetheart and I got married there and it was THE best experience. Every detail of the property is so high end and elevated. They made all my dreams come true! The staff was incredible, and the property is truly a slice of heaven. We loved getting married under the beautiful oak tree! The white barn was the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos! The bridal suite was the perfect space for me and all my girls to get ready. The fire pits were perfect in setting the romantic vibe! They have twinkle lights hanging everywhere which made it feel so special. The farm will always hold a special place in my heart and we enjoy going back at Christmas time when they open for Christmas trees and reminiscing on our special day there. 10/10 would recommend to any couple! You will NOT be disappointed!
