A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!

From watching Martha Stewart whip up an Angel Food Cake to Sarah Lee making chocolate chip cookies, I was enamored.
