I appreciate the transparency and pricing as well as the professionalism. Special events should to be extremely fun, carefree and celebratory but there are a lot of serious logistics that need to be completed behind the scenes. It makes it so much easier when you have trusted vendors like Whitney at Beside Bardenay.

When we originally booked at Western Proper we were supposed to get a large private room for our rehearsal dinner. Come to find out when we get there that the woman we booked through no longer worked with them and things got mixed up. Not all the food was put out for dinner and instead of the private room we were out in the main room with many other people coming for the evening (not our guests). Food that was put out was really good, but since not all food got set out, the rest got put out towards the end after everyone was done so a lot was wasted. Wish whoever coordinates the private parties would have talked to us before the night so that we knew the changes. Overall decent experience.
