Thelma the wedding planner was very organized and I never stressed on the day or even the days leading up to the big day. Once I met Meghan, the Vasari's venue/event coordinator, and saw the venue in person I fell in love. They were able to provide an entire floor for my venue. Separate rooms for both the bridal party and groom party to get ready in. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. Meghan, Vasari's venue coordinator was amazing! She was so animated and professional she made the experience of planning my wedding feel so fun and less stressful. She made my wedding day run so smoothly. She communicated with me to help ensure every detail was planned. Meghan and her staff handled every request with grace and expertise. Her ability to seamlessly manage the schedule allowed me and my fiance to fully enjoy our special day without any stress. The venue itself was stunning—lush grounds, elegantly landscaped gardens, and a beautifully maintained clubhouse created the perfect backdrop for the celebration. The waterfall in front of their entrance caught my eye. It is absolutely breathtaking! My photos came out beautifully. There is also a gorgeous staircase that made me feel like I was a disney princess. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that all guests felt well taken care of throughout the evening. The catering was another highlight. We had the choice of having a plated dinner or doing a buffet. We chose the buffet and we really enjoyed how flavorful the entrees were. The waitstaff were efficient and friendly. Overall, Vasari Country Club provided a flawless wedding experience, combining beautiful settings with outstanding service and delicious cuisine. It was a memorable event that left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a sophisticated and unforgettable celebration. How do you pull off a wedding amid COVID and with a threatening hurricane? Lance Fletcher and Grandezza, that’s how. The facility accommodates 300 people, so plenty of room for social distancing among our 100+ guests. A little bit it adjusting for the cocktail hour to ensure we followed the COVID orders- and the day was a huge success! Biggest surprise? How much the guests loved the outdoor terrace just off of the ballroom. The food was amazing. The venue is drop dead gorgeous. Lance and Stephanie went out of their way to make certain the wedding was a success. My guests comments uniformly included the word “impeccable.” We considered other venues including Sanibel Harbour and Gulf Harbour - but I think I got more for the money and ultimately a more beautiful wedding reception at Grandezza. Thank you Grandezza for delivering the fairy tale for my daughter.

The quality of this venue was great and why we chose it. It is beautiful and updated and we didn’t have to incorporate many more decorations because of this. The chef here was amazing as we had an Indian-American wedding and the chef worked with us to perfect our menu of fusion food even when he had never made Indian food before. There was issues at times communicating with the venue planner. There was mishap on the day of the wedding where the bar was opened at a time it wasn’t supposed to be and wasn’t in our contract and we had to pay 1000 for what was served during this time. We were very pleased with the venue quality in general, but unfortunately had some costly mishaps from miscommunications with the staff.
