We had to pivot to a new ceremony location about a month before our wedding and Theresa was so helpful and accommodating! The space itself is beautiful, the farm animals added a nice touch and Theresa helped coordinate and organize items and guests for us on the day of. I highly recommend using the Old Elm! I can only say good things about the Greenbriar Inn!! The Greenbriar team was great to work all the way from planning the event to the night of. I encourage you to book this place for upcoming weddings or events. The venue is even more beautiful in person compared with the photos. Planning: GBI team was incredibly detailed and caring about the nuances of planning our event. When we'd come with a suggested plan, they were very engaged in providing strategic recommendations to make it run as smoothly as possible. Property/Grounds: The property is stunning. We received endless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, cocktail hour location, and dining room were. You really feel like you're in a magical oasis. Food & Drink: The food is a highlight of this venue since they are a fine dining restaurant! The appetizers were a hit, especially the mini beef wellingtons. People loved the cupcakes, even though I didn't get the chance to try it! I was nervous about the bar bill given it's a pay-by-drink approach, but the GBI team did a great job proactively trying to keep it as low as possible/within budget. Pets: This venue is pet friendly! They were so amazing about accommodating our dog Leo so he could be there for our special day.
