Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens. You may chose to get married in our gardens which can be found throughout the whole property. Guests will love exploring and walking around the grounds during some off periods of the event. A first floor house tour is also an option so you and your guests get to see the beauty of Liberty Hall Museum.

Here at the Chandelier at Flanders Valley we host one wedding at a time in a gorgeous country setting! Hundreds of scenic country acres and a beautiful golf course surround our property to frame out the perfect private setting for your special day! Our gazebo sits next to a gently flowing stream; you can have your ceremony there or use it for pictures. Our exclusive “one at a time” weddings means that your special day will be all about you!

The Historical Society of Princeton’s Updike Farmstead is six acres of beautiful, lush property, including a barn and farmhouse in the heart of the Princeton Battlefield/Stony Brook Settlement Historic District. This unique, unparalleled location, surrounded by preserved farmland, is the perfect setting for weddings. Updike Farmstead has has become a destination-style venue within Princeton for those looking to create the wedding of their dreams. Our exclusive caterers provide day-of coordination for your wedding. This includes ordering the rentals that will capture your unique vision; be it farm tables, boho dinnerware sets, bistro lighting, or vintage lounge furniture. They also set up the barn to your specifications and break down the rentals at the end of the evening. Available late April through early November.

Birchwood Manor has a total of 10 event spaces available. Guests will immediately be greeted by a dramatic spiral staircase in the venue’s lobby. The Jefferson Ballroom is perfect for your reception. Hosting up to 300 guests, it offers an elegant setting for an extravagant affair. The room features one-of-a-kind, hand-painted frescos, a beveled mirror wall, tall bay windows and 11-foot ceilings. The Grand Ballroom is the largest room available. Accommodating up to 800 guests, the space is breathtaking with its four magnificent crystal chandeliers and large dance floor. Many people have opted to hold smaller more intimate gatherings which can make planning a little easier and less stressful. The Barn on South Holland is a banquet facility that offers indoor and outdoor accommodations perfect for both small and large events.

The property features a large tented pavilion, grand ballroom and lower great hall for more intimate gatherings. The Tuscan garden is modeled after the Villa Gamberia in Florence, Italy. The Tuscan Garden features landscaped terraces, formal water elements and topiaries period plantings. The Chinese Scholar Garden is one only two authentic Chinese Scholar Gardens in the United States. The garden features magnificent rockery bamboo foot path, waterfalls & Koi-pond.

Celebrate your next occasion on the Navesink! Our Main Dining Room has spectacular views of the Navesink River through the large, fully functioning glass garage doors. This room can accommodate roughly 50-60 guests. The Rooftop River Room is a fully enclosed rooftop that offers nearly 360-degree views of the Navesink River. Similar to the Main Dining Room it features two solid glass garage doors that open, in addition to the two sliding glass doors on the right hand wall. This room can accommodate roughly 30 guests. The Turtle Room is located on our second floor, and accommodates 20 guests. This room boasts an upscale relaxing environment coupled with the benefits of a private space. And last, we have our Starfish Room, this room allows roughly 30 guests. The Starfish and Turtle room are connected to each other with private restrooms and a small bar located at the center of the room.
