One thing to know about me is that I truly am passionate about what I do, and I think that shows in my work. I love getting to know everyone's story and want to gift my couples with a film that truly captures their love. I have been filming weddings for 3 years but I knew I had a passion for filming long before I started this journey. I got my first camera in high school and used any excuse to film my friends or the places I traveled! It wasn't until my second year in college that I really started to pursue video as a career. I bought a few pieces of gear, and filmed my first wedding in April 2021!

Hey! We're Shelley + Portugal. We met on Instagram and fell in love over FaceTime. A shared interest in roadkill portraiture is what brought us together (it’s a funny story), but what compelled us to exchange numbers and talk every day for 3 months was the fact that we were both seeking the same things out of life. Nothing about our story is conventional (and it goes against every warning from our parents against Internet stranger danger) but despite the “what-ifs” and the long-distance logistics, we said yes. And in saying yes to something we couldn’t fully comprehend, we were unknowingly saying "yes" to a life full of adventure together.

My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy.
