He was super flexible and accommodating, and we still figured out a plan to have video footage of an intimate ceremony in 2020, as well as the original plan for 2021. He did such an amazing job incorporating the two ceremonies together into one seamless video, which he turned around even quicker than we expected! The other videographers just let me know they were available for our date and then gave me their prices. Brent wanted to know how we met, how my husband proposed, etc., not to mention he responds to emails and texts and any questions very fast. On our wedding day, Brent help keep everyone moving along on and on time for all of our events and timeline details. He was so easy to work with and captured our day perfectly. We also only had to wait a couple weeks to get our first wedding film teaser video. Fortunately, we had met Hayden several times leading up to our day because he had videoed 2 of our friends weddings we had attended before ours. By the time he filmed our day we were very comfortable. Aside from that he also took the time to do a phone call with my husband Seth and I to get to know us and what we were truly looking for in our video. The day of the wedding he was everywhere around the venue getting the most perfect shots of even the smallest details of our day. After the wedding we ran into him three more times at more of our friends weddings and he always had an update on where he was at with our video. As he worked on our video he stayed in constant communication with us and even sent the raw footage of our letter reading so we would always have it. Our photographer also raved about how great he was to work along side during our day, as well. As a bride I know the expenses of a wedding can add up quickly, but I highly encourage splurging on a videographer and Hayden is hands down the best around. Same thing goes with vendors but specifically your photo/ video team! For most people, there are two vendors that are going to be with you from early in the morning to late at night. Those two vendors being arguably the two most important vendors in our opinion your photo and video team and your makeup team. Your makeup team is going to make you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day and your photo and video team is going to capture those pictures of your special day to look back on for years to come! You want to have a team that is going to help you and care about you and your spouse making sure you have the best day! And that’s exactly what imagery. Life is all about! Warren didn’t hesitate to help us with reviewing our timeline for the day to make sure it ran smoothly! \n\nThe week leading up to our wedding, it was not supposed to rain but as it got closer, it was calling for rain. Warren and his team remained cool and were able to go with the flow. In preparation for the possible rain during the 30 mins of our ceremony that we wanted outdoor, Warren and his team took advantage of the weather before it rained and made sure to get outdoor pictures of the venue.\n\nThey did a great job at blending into the crowd when taking photos during the ceremony. Warren and his team didn’t miss a moment to capture a photo! During cocktail hour, the rain had stopped so Warren made sure we got outside to get our pictures outside that we were unable to get before the ceremony due to the rain. \n\nThere’s no doubt that Warren and his team care about their couples and truly care about what they do.
