Karli, the owner and baker, is a University of New Hampshire hospitality management alum and grew up in Central VT gaining experience while working at several popular outlets in the area. When not she's not baking she also enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to new states and countries, and exploring unique restaurants and bars.

The Goose Chase Cake Design is a full service cake design and dessert company. We specialize in custom designed wedding and special occasion cakes. We also build delectable dessert tables if cake is not your style. With well tested recipes, each cake is made entirely from scratch using fresh and local ingredients. I began this journey in 2015, my daughter who was 11 at the time thought it would be fascinating to have us start a bakery because it was something we could do together. Well, it has been quite a roller coaster and I have learned so much in such little time; every day a new lesson. I would not trade the hard lessons, difficult times, the tears, and the insane amount of dishes for anything in this world because I have done it with my daughter’s encouragement and camaraderie always alongside me.
