Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. We believe each wedding deserves our full atteintion so we book only one wedding per weekend. whether the wedding is large (up to 250 guests) or small (as few as 24), we promise to give you and your guests the five-star hospitality and service we are known for. Because of this undivided attention, all our packages include guaranteed rehearsal time the day before, all day set up the day of, clean up the day after and on-site management for the duration of your event. As a small boutique hotel, overnight guest rooms can be added to any package! This makes day of preparations a breeze when everyone is in one place - no can be late or get lost! A private breakfast is included each morning for everyone staying and our Grand Hall makes the perfect gathering spot for your famly and friends to get aquainted over the weekend!
