Built in 2007 and remodeled in 2022, The Barn at Sunrise Farms sits atop Sand Mountain overlooking the hills and valley of North Georgia. The Barn features a Gazebo out back which is perfect for the fairytale wedding you’ve dreamed of and across the road is a bluff view allowing for beautiful photos!

We are on the bluff, looking over the valley with great views. Far from the hustle and bustle of town. We are very different from most venues. We only host 25 weddings a year. We want each bride and groom to have the time and not rushed on the most magical day of their lives.

Where you say “I do” overlooks the South Cumberland State Park and breathtaking mountain views. We are located on 8 private acres that has two waterfalls! You get access to a beautiful bluff view that makes wonderful photos! We provide plenty of parking, electricity on the bluff, brown doors that you walk through, and a traditional arbor. Our venue package includes the entire weekend where you check in on Friday and check out on Sunday, giving you two nights and three days to relax and have a stress-free wedding. Also, if you prefer to have your wedding on a different day than Saturday, we are flexible in adjusting your big day so you will still get the 2 nights / 3 days with us. You will be staying in our rustic and romantic honeymoon log cabin suite filled with antiques from Yorkshire, England.

After tying the knot in 2019, they made the leap from Manchester to their dream farm on the Lynchburg-Winchester border in 2020. With a sprinkle of business magic and a pinch of passion for hospitality, The Cabins were born in May 2021, welcoming guests from around the globe to their slice of paradise. Then head up to our Charn, a reclaimed 1892 Pennsylvania church frame featuring amazing hammer beam trusses. The grand hall of the barn features 37 foot ceilings, gorgeous crystal chandeliers, a caterer's dream warming kitchen and room for 200 guests. In our lodge, spacious dressing room with hair and make up stations for 6 and an additional dressing table for the bride and space just especially for the guys inside our event barn with room to hang out and get ready before the ceremony starts. We have lodging available on site to sleep a total of 28 guests and additional cabins off site as well.

Once the heart of this Victorian era clothing factory, the Weaver’s Room and it's 3 adjoining suites are the keystone of an ongoing renovation project at the Old Woolen Mill that pushes forward into the twenty-first century. Over the past fifteen years, the Room has hosted a wide array of events from formal dinners to proms to countless weddings and receptions, as well as parties, showers, and reoccurring group meetings. Whatever the occasion, the Old Woolen Mill's 4-room industrial complex offers groups large and small a district event location with its brick exterior walls and exposed wooden rafters.
