The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. Aside from reception music, John covered music at the ceremony and cocktail hour, microphones and sound for us and our officiant, lighting for our reception, and a custom monogram that turned out amazing. We had a few special requests from our processional song, to passing out glow sticks and other favors, to having a surprise musical guest for the father daughter dance and all were managed great by John. John brought along Guy as his assistant/our second DJ and he was amazing as well. Both were ready to make sure we had everything we needed for the entire day and were professional with how they handled everything. At the end of the day, John kept everything going smoothly from the ceremony to the reception, he was a great emcee, played everything we wanted to hear, and most importantly he kept everyone dancing all night long. It perfectly set the mood I was looking for, and I was so happy that he was able to play our nontraditional music selections; thankfully he was able to use a Spotify playlist I had made just for cocktail hour. I received so many compliments on the music from my guests, and he kept them dancing for hours! But the one thing Ed did that I was most impressed with and touched by, was him picking the perfect next song when my husband was dancing with his daughter. Our photographer was able to get some beautiful photos of the moment, and we will be treasuring them for years. Without Ed's instincts and quick thinking, we wouldn't have those photos. I fell ill just before the event and he upped his communication to make sure I could rest easy that the event would go well. It was an outdyevent so I provided him with a pop up canopy for shade. “I don’t even know where to start with bragging about this person. DJ Maggie May is the best out there right now, hands-down. I think she has her pricing down perfectly, and every single thing that she did for our special day was perfectly crafted to my husband and I and followed every single one of our requirements. She also incorporated several special moments that we didn’t ask for into our reception, and they were so perfect and unique to us. Maggie’s communication was concise and organized, and she made sure to follow up with us frequently, but not so much that it felt like she was bombarding us. When things started to get busy as we near the big day, Maggie made sure to follow up with us frequently so that I could focus on other things as needed. The day of my wedding, Maggie was so professional and handled all situations with confidence and ease so that I didn’t have to worry about directing her and giving her cues. On top of being such a professional with her work, she is a friendly and fun person. Our entire reception, her personality and playful demeanor alone kept the energy up with our guests and she made sure that my guests were dancing all night long. I had so many different specific requests for what should be played and what shouldn’t at the reception and ceremony, and Maggie rolled with the punches perfectly in accommodating us to craft the perfect Vibe for both events. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that you need to book her ASAP or any of your events or weddings coming up!! She is a hidden gem in the central Pennsylvania area!!”

“This review is way overdue, but I made sure to come back to leave it because this band deserves it so much! They tore it up all night, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that our guests were raving about the band. Every wedding I've been to ha had a brief awkward period where everyone is playing chicken over who will start dancing first, but that wasn't a problem with this music. One of our guests was a former guitarist for Blood, Sweat, and Tears and even HE was raving about the band! So anyway: these guys rock, their catalog is vast, and Elliott is AMAZING to work with. He was right there with us brainstorming songs for the setlist, and when there was a brief issue with the power at the venue he handled it like a pro. If you're looking for a ripping band for your wedding or event then these guys 100% fit the bill, and I truly couldn't recommend them more”
