Hands down my favorite place to work with. The staff and food are as good as it get's. They will bend over backwords for you to make all your needs met. The place is beautiful like a ski lodge in Aspen with amazing place's for picture's and sunset. I have seen a bride change her mind 4 times before the ceremony on where to do it because of rain. The staff had all the chairs and wiped down and moved in under 13 minutes. Yes we moved 189 guest's 3 times in under 30 minutes because that is what the bride wanted on her day was outside. Sun came out and it rocked, and all we did was cut into 25 minutes of social hour. I could tell you stories for days and not one of them are bad. Working with the Bluebelle team made the wedding planning process seamless. We had our ceremony and reception at the Bluebelle and it was everything we ever dreamed of. Our guests also appreciated having everything be at one venue. We had a fall wedding and the ceremony site was breathtaking. Plenty of space for the bridal crew and great acoustics for the pastor and singers. The outdoor patio space is covered with an outdoor bar and we had a social hour snacks available for guests. They aways have yard games available to keep guests entertained. The reception area is so grand and plenty of space for dinner and dancing. Jaimee and Tracy made sure everything was decorated the way we wanted and it felt truly magical in the reception area. The entire staff made our whole wedding party and guest list feel right at home. They also have a bus to rent out to get guests back to the local hotels safe and sound. Our wedding experience was so seamless, I highly recommend the Bluebelle for all your event planning needs. You will be treated like family. And the venue itself is stunning. All of our pictures turned out so good because we used one of the Bluebelle’s recommended photographers and because the venue and grounds make for a beautiful canvas for photos! To her, weddings are not just her business but there is a personal sense of enthusiasm with every new couple. The venue is always clean, stocked with the necessities and accessible. The flexibility allows every couple to put their own personal touches into every wedding. The outdoor ceremony pavilion is right out of Country Living Magazine and your photos will be astonishing. The bridal suite is a cute and private place for the bride and her girls to get ready and relax. For the guys there is another suite to tell stories and share memories with the nervous groom. If you do not want to be seen before the wedding this is how it’s done. Outside there is plenty of room for mingling, yard games and if you want to hang out with your fiancé before your vows that is also totally cool. There is plenty of room for your guests and a great list of catering solutions. On a personal level, The Nicklason’s are just good people. Family oriented, loved in the community, hard working, genuine, and believers in the true beauty of positivity. Many couples come to FireFly hoping to intertwine their families and wind up leaving with two new friends in Lindsey and Brent. We had a buffet style dinner and our guests commented on the prime rib, saying it was \"the best they ever had.\" Blackwoods staff made the start of our wedding weekend such an enjoyable experience. They easily accommodated us with our \"slide show\" presentation of the bride and groom and our musical guest which we brought in for dinner music.
