Vanderveen Farm is a 110+-year-old dairy farm in the heart of the Skagit Valley farmlands. Built primarily by one man, the craftsmanship and details in the barn are unparalleled. Up until the mid 80's, it had been an active dairy operation. For the next ten years, the farm was used to raise cows. After sitting dormant and unused for over two decades, the barn was transformed into an event space in 2016.

We designed and built our event center with your needs and interests at heart. This brand new facility is open and welcoming all events. The building features a warming kitchen, DJ/bar area, Laser projector with a 150 inch projector screen and a built in speaker system. For your comfort, the attached bridal suite and groomsman suite are built for your comfort, security and needs for your special day. Whether your needs are a 275+ person wedding venue or a small business meeting, birthday party or social event, our facility will exceed your expectations. The Hall, located on beautiful Madrona Point in Eastsound, has been a natural community gathering place since it was built in 1891. Located in the foothills of the Cascades mountains above beautiful Skykomish Valley, our golf course was originally built in the 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a successful thoroughbred training facility. The ranch was converted into a golf course in 1992, and we have since grown to be one of the most popular courses in the area. The golf course is named after the pig in the movie “State Fair”.

The venue includes a main house featuring views of the lake and a separate building – The Meadow Room which can be set up for receptions, meetings, and social events. Samson Estates Winery is located in the lush Nooksack River Valley in Whatcom County. Our landscaped grounds offer beautiful views of our surrounding berry fields and vineyard.
