We have string lights inside the barn as well as 100 white resin wedding chairs, 7- 60in round tables, 15- 6ft tables, and 3- 8ft tables free for you to use. Custom pricing is based on your guest count, event type, and day of the week. All bookings include cleaning, same-day event insurance, and required security for events over 100 guests. We require licensed, insured bartenders for alcohol service—no shots allowed and no service to guests under 21. A $500 damage deposit is held and released after post-event inspection. Additional services like full trash removal and enhanced décor can be added from our preferred vendor list we provide once we have a "Save The Date.
