Our interaction first with Bunny began with a lovely and in depth meeting about our hopes for flowers at our wedding. After walking through some questions, we ended our meeting and then Bunny sent a Flower Preview entailing all we had discussed with other options as well. This preview was set up like a power point with photos from the bride's bouquet to the flowers for the arch, boutonnières, and more! After finalizing every detail and being in constant communication, she sent over a Google Doc in order to fill out information about our wedding, vendors, rehearsals, etc. When the day of my wedding came, all I had to do was set out any decor I wanted to use and as my bridal party, mom, and I all got ready with snacks and drinks she provided, Bunny was furiously decorating the ceremony and reception space. By the time we were done getting ready, the space was complete and BEAUTIFUL! The day could not have gone smoother - as a bride, I was actually relaxed! As the ceremony continued, Bunny worked with my DJ, photographer, and videographer to make sure everything was as it should be. When my food arrived, the caterers had not brought the chicken (one of two main courses). Bunny took care of it by calling the vendor, letting me know it's getting taken care of, and even made an announcement to guests that the chicken was late. Even when something wrong, Bunny made everything feel right. I am incredibly thankful for her help, calm demeanor, and advice she offered along the way. And with only photos and descriptions of what I was envisioning, Shaya executed my ever-evolving vision perfectly! I originally wanted white tulips and lavender, but Shaya suggested going with caspia instead of the lavender, as caspia holds up much better than lavender does, but is still just as pretty. The caspia was beautiful with the white tulips and is, in fact two weeks later, still quite beautiful now on my balcony. “We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)”

“This was, by far, the best decision I made when planning my wedding. I realized after a certain point that my day of had a lot more to it than I realized behind the scenes (and boy, you have no idea) and decided I could use a day of planner. I had limited decor and thought that day of decor with the planning wasn’t necessary but quickly changed my mind and I am so glad that I did. In planning she was so helpful in organizing communication with the vendors and fought for me to get my vision when she thought it wasn’t being delivered. Day of none of my family nor myself had to spend any time with set up, questions, issues or take-down. There was apparently a huge issue with the the tablecloths not coming in as well as the flowers for my alter flying away in the wind. Gina took care of it all, make-shifting her way to get it all done on time. (Mind you there were problems at my two different location wedding day so they made sure to spread out and cover all the bases.) She made sure we got to have all of our appetizers and kept us on top of everything without any stress for us. The night before she and her partner went to go get signs to help the guests with navigation when she thought there was even a possibility of anyone getting lost/confused. Gina went above and beyond to make my wedding day smooth and easy for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. I truly cannot recommend her enough, and stress how important it is to have a planner. Most people complain about the problems at their wedding and stress, and we dealt with absolutely none of that - and a HUGE part of that is thanks to Gina & Sugar on the Rim Events. We had the wedding of our dreams!”
