From the moment we started working with Emma at Castle Ladyhawke, we were impressed by their quick, efficient, and warm communication style. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic, charming feeling that made our wedding day feel truly special. The food was fantastic and despite complications it was a beautiful and magical day. While our initial coordinator, Emma, was great to work with over the 8 months leading up to the wedding, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that she would not be there on the day. Her replacement, Kelsie, arrived late, did not have our updated documents, failed to communicate with the vendors that there was a space for them on the third floor, and seemed to lack the positive energy and personal responsibility we had come to expect. There were also a few small hiccups, like the arch being set up incorrectly initially. But overall, we had a wonderful, memorable day for us and our guests.

There is so much charm on every foot of the property- if you're looking for a destination wedding that allows you to stay ON SITE, this is IT! Each place to stay (The Wren, The Kingfisher, The Peregrine) have the most thoughtful touches & elevated views. The design of each space is detailed, classy, & has tons of personality. Margaret allows her guests to "personalize" their wedding experience so that each wedding or event planned is truly one of a kind. She communicated everything before the day, was available on rehearsal day and understanding when I wanted to do a run through like 10 times LOL. We had our wedding here, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Lesley, the owner, is so kind and thoughtful. When a last-minute hiccup happened with our welcome wall, she hand-painted it herself — just to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. We are so grateful! She was there the whole time checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Our family stayed in the cutest, coziest cabins — everyone loved them! Throughout the weekend, the staff were so helpful and attentive. The staff members and Lesley picked us up in golf carts and drove us wherever we needed to go, which made everything feel effortless. The vineyard itself is breathtaking — it was the perfect backdrop for our wedding, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful it all was. It was everything we hoped for and more.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and has a dreamy outdoor space for the couple's first dance and parent dances. The ceremony was so memorable with the long walk-way and the unique ceremony site, our guests kept complimenting it all night! Our pictures turned out amazing with the mountain views in the background! We loved everything about Timber Hall and couldn't have asked for a better venue! The rooms are so freakin cool and unique as well. The Horse Shoe Farm went above and beyond for our wedding week! We stayed on the farm with our family and friends for three days and every detail was incredible. The houses on the property were clean, decorated beautifully, and gave off a homey feel. The owners are welcoming and hands on to ensure that you and your guest are comfortable and have the time of your life! The property is breath taking. We can’t wait to visit again. Especially to eat at the silo….the food is DELICIOUS!! Definitely a 5 star experience, couldn’t imagine a better place for our wedding.

If you are considering booking the zoo for your wedding, this is your sign to do it. Every single aspect exceeded our expectations! I honestly can’t emphasize enough how accommodating they were. They truly listened to everything we wanted, and even then went above and beyond what we asked for to make our day perfect. I was honestly surprised in the best way at how much they did for us. On our wedding day, they had an event that morning that more people showed up for than they had accounted for, and even still, they made us priority. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the catering was top notch, and the set up and breakdown were effortless. For a day that everyone warned me was chaotic and stressful, that was just simply not the case at the zoo. Miranda was our coordinator and I will forever be grateful for her and how she made our special day (and the months leading up to it) the best way we could’ve asked for.

The Great room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings. The Boardroom will seat 14 people at a conference table. There are 2 additional dressing rooms upstairs. The largest of the dressing rooms is known as the Brides Room, providing a relaxing and calming feel, with large vaulted ceilings, and views of the mountains.
