Welcome to Molly's Cupcakes! Ms. Molly was my third-grade teacher. Whenever my classmates or I had a birthday, she would bake us cupcakes. She had her special recipe for chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. In honor of Molly and as a way to help our kids and community, a portion of our profits is donated directly to schools in our community. Every time you eat a cupcake or sip a latte, you help our kids. So eat up!

My name is Karen & I’m the face behind The Pink Cupcake. So a little about myself; I sold my first cake in the summer of 2016 to a family friend who needed an emergency cake after forgetting to order one. The thought of selling my own products quickly became a constant goal in my mind. After a few years, I earned my Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry degree in 2020 and my Business Management degree in 2021.

The Original Rainbow Cone has been a staple in Chicago for over 95 years! We serve our signature combination of Chocolate, Strawberry, Palmer House, Pistachio and Orange Sherbet sliced and stacked on a cone. We also offer other flavors upon request.
