He helped us problem solve and would proactively reach out to us to ensure that things were on track. On the day of our wedding, a power outage took place right in the middle of his teams' prep time. Luckily, they were unphased and went on to serve the best meal that my wife or I have ever had at a wedding. The perfectly cooked steaks, tender and delicious salmon, creamy and smoky mac 'n' cheese were all highlights but truly every dish was delectable. We cannot recommend the team any higher. They changed our view of what wedding food could be. Oh yeah, they also drove 3.5 hours to and from our venue! We're unbelievably happy with their services-- book them today!”

We had a group chat going the week of the wedding that helped us feel excited and cared for on our day.
