I loved that Simply Fresh was flexible with us using other vendors such as Andy's Pizza for Late Night food and ordering homemade Pop Tarts and our wedding cake from M B Bakery. The catering staff was extremely gracious to not just the married couple, but all of our guests. They immediately responded to feedback when I wasn't a fan of the first signature drink they gave me and made sure all of the following drinks were perfectly stirred. One of the main reasons why we chose Simply Fresh is that they have a Virginia liquor license and were able to guarantee that our bar would not run out of alcohol. I think one of the best things about working with Simply Fresh is when we went to Select Rentals to pick out our linens/china/decor, etc. for the wedding they were very mindful about our budget and gave us guidance on what were the best items to use to give us an elegant feel to our wedding without breaking the bank. Given that the food and dance floor (fueled largely by alcohol) were such highlights for our guests at our wedding, we have Simply Fresh to thank in playing a large part in our big day.”
