She uses her own flowers from her farm, so she's both local and sustainable, and if you're interested in supporting a small, woman-owned business, this is the way to go. We trusted her direction and expertise and it was the best decision we could have made. When we walked into our venue on the day-of, we were both floored. It was so much better than I could have even imagined; we received so many sincere compliments from guests. Our wedding photographer said he thought they were the best wedding flowers he'd seen. “When I was looking for floral vendors for my July 2024 wedding in Block Island, I came across Ayla’s Instagram, and I knew immediately I had to work with her. I fell in love with the whimsical, natural, English-garden vibe of her florals, and I just thought she was the coolest person. From the first conversation we had, it felt like she “got” me, suggesting flowers, designs, and concepts better than I could possibly articulate myself. She was incredibly thoughtful putting together multiple proposals that fit our vision and our budget. The entire planning process couldn’t have been easier because of how sweet, communicative, and easy Ayla was to work with. Cut to the wedding day, and I was honestly speechless seeing her work come to life in our tent. Ayla is an ARTIST. She created a gorgeous 65 ft table runner for our head table that was so dreamy I still think about it. The bouquets were exactly what I was looking for - natural and simple but packed a stunning punch. Then there was the tent entrance installation, which was so beautiful on its own but also so thoughtfully designed to enhance the view and setting of our venue.
