Our beautifully renovated Ballroom was designed with you in mind—it provides a blank canvas to transform into whatever vision you love (and has beautiful local reclaimed wooden floors)! For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. Our wedding packages include on site accommodations, a three night stay at Château Thibault (5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom farmhouse), in house premium catering, top shelf liquor and bar services, as well as a place to get ready, waterfront ceremony site, outdoor/indoor cocktail hour, and a clear tent for your reception. We also offer a one day package for couples not looking to stay on the farm. We are a working farm with 20 acres of picturesque grapevines planted.

We are a completely solar system venue, so not having power the day of your wedding will not be an issue. The Space Downtown was created in late 2010 by owners of chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne. The two have been partners since 1991, creating their first restaurant Metropolitain which operated in the same location as Space. It closed in 2003 and the chef pair sold the restaurant but remained owners of the building. In early 2010, the location became vacant and the two decided to open for private parties only. In addition to the Space Downtown, the pair operate Bizou and Bang restaurants, all three close in vicinity to one another.
