The space is stunning and holds a lot of character. We had plenty of space for both my wife and I to get ready in two separate suites. There was a separate space for everyone to enjoy cocktail hour while the room was flipped for the reception and dance. From the minute we toured the space we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. Sitting down with Megan was an absolute delight. We hired her for her day of coordinator services as well and she took care of everything. She made the room stunning and we didn’t have to worry about anything. She was extremely professional, she was in constant communication with us and even took our call the night before at 10pm when our officiant quit on us last minute. She helped us through the situation and calmed our nerves. The day of the ceremony it felt like we were working with one of our close friends by our sides. Other venues were either too expensive for what you get, the people weren't as approachable or as communicative, or as beautiful location-wise. I love the big red barn, the cottage to get ready in, the cows, the flowers, the big tree where I was married, and more. There's plenty of parking. It's clean. Lindsey helped me figure out how to make the wedding work for my vision and budget. I like that I wasn't forced to pick a specific caterer too. 5 stars all around. Have your event here! Not only is MTS farm a beautiful place to get married, they have added features in the recent years to make you’re wedding day less stressful. They’ve a great selection of decor you can chose from, so you don’t have to rent from another vendor to decorate your wedding. We just added some fresh flowers and some other small features, but majority of the decorations for our wedding came from them. We were the first to use their bridal suite. It is gorgeous, and was so fun to get ready with all my bridesmaids all in one spot. We had the make up and hair team come out to the farm. Way less stressful than going to a salon, or getting ready at the hotel. So much room for my wedding party which included myself, matron of honor, 5 bridesmaid, 1 personal attendants, and my mother all getting ready! And now they added a grooms suite on-site as well! Michele was great to work with, always so quick to respond, and really goes out of her way to make it easy on the bride and truly wants your wedding to be all that you hoped for! The service we received from the staff at the St. James was second-to-none! Shelly and her team were responsive, communicative, and able to help with all of our numerous questions. In fact, we were so well taken care of by the St. James team, that we did not even need to hire a wedding planner and we were still able to have a perfect ceremony and reception. The food and cake also exceeded all of our expectations and were the cherry on top of a perfect wedding venue experience.
