After graduating I went on to be Chef de Cuisine at Caucho for 2 years, during this time I was named one of the ‘40 women to watch’ by the Iowa Restaurant Association. I then went on to be Executive Chef at Popoli for almost 1 year before closing due to Covid. This is when I decided to take a chance on myself and opened up the business I had always dreamed of. The staff helped buffet lines move smoothly and our entire guest list was served very quickly. For dessert, Cater2U2 provided a variety of pies and soft serve ice cream. They also provided bartending services. \n\nWe’re a month out from our reception, and are still hearing great things about the food served from our guests.
