She kept us up to date on any offerings they had available and was quick to offer additional services if she felt it would make the day better. I reached out to inquire and Laura was SO kind, helpful and prompt with communication. We loved the venue and booked, sent out invitations and planned our wedding super quickly (after 10 years together.) Every step of the way went smoothly with planning and communication and we absolutely LOVED having our wedding there.\n\n We had room for a live band, there was plenty of parking, lots of great places for photo ops on the property, a lovely bridal room to get ready in, a silo gazebo, we could choose our own caterer, there plenty of seating (we loved the church pews and the wooden chairs,) and there were just so many other nice touches. \nWe bought small glass jars which they filled with their honey (for a reasonable fee) and we gave our guests Honey Blossom Orchard honey as the wedding reception favor. From the moment we started planning, their communication was direct, responsive, and attentive. The quality of their work was impeccable, and the space was very elegant. The Hancock Hotel had everything we could have needed all in one beautiful space. The hotel was brightly decorated for the season with lights, trees, snowflakes and more, which fit in with our theme perfectly. The entire event was so streamlined from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. Our main choice in deciding to go with the Hancock Hotel was that it was going to make it easy for our guests to not have to travel to multiple locations. The food was absolutely delicious, over a month out from the event, our guests are still talking about it.
