Beyond that, he was so responsive and easy to work with. We customized our menu and added things like a charcuterie to cocktail hour and late night bites and Garrett and the whole Zest team made it a breeze! Some of our guests' favorites were the truffle arancinis at cocktail hour and the fried oreos for late night bites. We did short rib and halibut for dinner and both were so tender and flavorful. Our guests were commenting about it that night and the day after. We are so happy we chose Zest for our wedding caterer!”
