Welcome! I'm Chef Sakinah. I have worked in the food and beverage industry professionally for nearly a decade and counting. Throughout my career, I've worked in various restaurants across New Jersey, New York City, Florida, North Carolina, and California. With this exposure, I've learned many different styles, cuisines, and techniques of cooking, and from many executive head chefs. Managing and handling all facets of the kitchen, is also my expertise. Graduating from one of the top Culinary Arts Schools in the United States, I earned my A.A.S Degree in Culinary Arts, and Serv Safe/State Food Safety Certificate.

After spending over 20 years planning and catering events, we finally launched Secret Ingredient with one clear purpose, to create delicious and quality meals for people to enjoy and a dining experience that is memorable.
