Located in the foothills of the Cascades mountains above beautiful Skykomish Valley, our golf course was originally built in the 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a successful thoroughbred training facility. The ranch was converted into a golf course in 1992, and we have since grown to be one of the most popular courses in the area. The golf course is named after the pig in the movie “State Fair”.

The Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater made up of a large seating area 15' off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, two "Kodama zome" elevating loungers (tree-levators!), two stories of hammock-like dream nets high in the trees, and projection onto the 16' screen hanging in the trees. The Kirkland Woman's Club is located across from Kirkland City Hall in their original historic building. In its early days, the building also housed the original Kirkland Library and a Baby Wellness Clinic. It is listed on the State of Washington Historical Register and the National Registry of Historic Places, as well as the King County Historic Preservation Program. In addition to providing a gracious setting for our various Club activities, the facility is available to rent for such functions as wedding receptions, memorial services, or recurring business meetings. It accommodates up to 99 guests, and features a concert-sized Steinway grand piano, perfect for music recitals or receptions.
